The Ikigai Method

Ikigai is a Japanese concept that literally means

"That which makes you want to get up in the morning."

It is a tool for clarification and alignment between:

  • the skills of an employee,

  • what motivates him or her in the long term,

  • that which has value,

  • and how he or she can contribute effectively without burning out.

When used in a business setting, Ikigai allows you to:

  • to bring clarity to unclear career paths,

  • to secure the engagement and energy of talent,

  • to promote coherent internal developments,

  • to prevent disengagement and professional burnout.
