Inspiring Keynote

Energy, creativity and courage

Your teams love true stories

Do you want to stimulate the entrepreneurial spirit and creativity of your employees?

Gwenny & Yoneko Nurtantio tell you about their crazy journey

The authors of the book "Il en faut peu pour travailler mieux" decided to adapt it for the big screen themselves. With no prior experience in the film industry and no funding, their dramedy "Ikigai" involved 150 participants and won 4th place in the Audience Award at the Ostend Film Festival. The feature film was made in two years instead of five, with a crew of only five people instead of fifty.

In 45 minutes, the Nurtantio sisters share the highs and lows of their creative journey. A compilation of quotes, anecdotes, and excerpts from the film "L'ikigai".

  • How to tackle a large project with limited resources?

  • How can we think and create with complete freedom?

  • How to deal with life's "no's"?

  • How can I not die right now?

  • How can you successfully mobilize people to support your projects?

We were truly inspired by the keynote of Gwenny & Yoneko Nurtantio — an authentic journey from within Proximus to becoming award‑winning filmmakers, reminding us of the power of curiosity, perseverance and finding one’s ikigai.

What resonated strongly is that transformation is not about doing more.
It’s about working smarter, with focus, staying curious, and having the courage to evolve.

The movie "L'ikigaï"

Lynn, a 25-year-old Eurasian engineer, is on a quest for her ikigai - her 'life mission' in Japanese. With wit and humor, she faces the absurdities of modern working life.

From endless, empty meetings to surreal fashion shows, her story unfolds as a tender yet sharp exploration of the art of reinventing one's place.

Her journey becomes an invitation to dare, to forge one's own path, and to celebrate the richness of life as we choose it.

Running time: 97 min.
Language: French
Subtitles: Dutch/English
